For the years 2014-2020, the Knowledge Education Development program includes, among others, the following forms of support.

Training
Training can take place in a fixed or on-line format, in the form of e-learning.

Due to the content of the training, they are divided into:

  • general – theoretical or practical training, leading to the employee acquiring universal qualifications, which he will be able to use both at the current job position and also at future,
  • specialist – theoretical or practical training leading to the employee getting qualifications directly useful at the current job position, related to the specificity of the position, which he will not be able to use when taking up employment in another company or in other fields of professional activity.

Consultancy
As advice, the following is defined:

helping and managing the development of a person’s skills or competences in a specific field related to the profession, in particular if it is related to the thematic scope of the training. Consulting is conducted individually by an adviser, it relies on relationships 1 to 1: consultant – recipient or
assistance for the beneficiary of the aid (eg entrepreneur, unemployed person, etc.) related thematically to the co-financed training project or oriented to support the human capital development system in the enterprise.
subsidies
Non-returnable funds transferred for the implementation of projects that are part of the objectives and specificity of the program. In the program Education Education Development, subsidies will be available as part of projects as one of the instruments for professional activation of young people under Priority I Young people on the labor market.

Reverse instruments
Reverse instruments are an alternative to subsidies. In PO WER, the social economy entities will be able to use the repayable instruments, including loans, sureties and social venture capital.

Internships, internships, courses
These are tools supporting people with problems in the labor market. The courses serve the transfer of knowledge and skills sought by employers. Internships and internships enable you to gain professional experience.

Subsidized employment
Form of support for employers and employees. Entrepreneurs create the possibility of accepting an additional employee, without being burdened with employment costs. Employees have the opportunity to gain work experience.

Mobility programs
At the regional level, it is a support for people with problems in the labor market who managed to find employment at a considerable distance from their place of residence (over 50 km). It has the form of an allowance / facilitating the reorganization of life in a way that allows you to start and maintain employment.

In the transnational dimension, mobility programs are used to acquire new skills and competences and to improve them, as well as to gain professional experience by people at various stages of education and career. They also help to improve the quality of functioning, including improvements in working and management methods, private and public entities.

Examples of program types are:

  • transnational mobility programs under the conditions set out for the Erasmus + program, including internships, internships, student exchange,
  • transnational mobility programs including internships, apprenticeships, employee exchange, job-shadowing.

Research and analysis
Studies to diagnose problems and formulate proposals for their solutions. In the Knowledge Education Development program, the thematic scope refers mainly to phenomena on the labor market and education in relation to the labor market.
